Estimation Engineer

Experience Required

2–3 Years of Experience in the UAE or GCC in Interior Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction projects
Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQ to determine project scope
Prepare quantity take-offs and material cost analysis
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
Analyze project costs and recommend cost-effective solutions
Maintain records of project estimates and cost data

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2–3 years of UAE or GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying
Good understanding of construction materials and pricing
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
Strong analytical and communication skills
