Estimation Manager

The Role
JOB DESCRIPTION- Estimation Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Estimation Manager to lead our estimating team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction projects, with a strong ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and contribute to project planning and bidding processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, ready to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the estimation to produce timely and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects. - Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. - Review and verify estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost factors affecting construction projects. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients. - Assist in bid preparation and participate in contract negotiations. - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the estimation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum of 10+years’ experience in civil construction estimating, with at least 5+ years in managerial role. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations. - Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
