Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead the estimation and tendering function for façade, curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, and architectural envelope projects across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full estimation lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost planning, competitive tender submissions, and strong commercial decision-making to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & Tendering
• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for aluminum, façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, windows, and doors systems
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and resource requirements
• Prepare competitive and compliant tender submissions within strict deadlines
• Review project scope and identify commercial and technical risks in bids
• Cost Control & Risk Management
• Conduct detailed cost analysis including direct, indirect, overhead, and contingency costs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions
• Evaluate risks, discrepancies, and commercial impacts in tender documents
• Ensure accuracy and profitability in all submitted bids
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Maintain updated database of material prices, labor rates, and historical cost data
• Evaluate technical and commercial offers from vendors
• Build strong supplier relationships to improve pricing competitiveness
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, design, engineering, and procurement teams
• Ensure estimation aligns with technical feasibility and project execution strategy
• Support business development team with pricing strategies and bid decisions
• Participate in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization
• Team Leadership & Process Improvement
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of estimators and quantity surveyors
• Standardize estimation processes, templates, and costing tools
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time for tenders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in Aluminum & Façade Estimation within UAE/GCC
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, cladding, and aluminum systems
• Excellent understanding of GCC market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (CCS, Candy, PlanSwift, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Experience

• Large-scale commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and infrastructure projects
• GCC façade contractors or architectural systems companies
• Tendering for government or mega projects

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
