Estimation & Procurement Engineer – Fire & Security Systems

Adhoc Fire and Security System LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation & Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience to support our Fire & Life Safety projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for fire and security system projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and equipment requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to align procurement with project requirements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE fire and safety regulations and international standards.
• Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the fire & security systems industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
