Adhoc Fire and Security System LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation & Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience to support our Fire & Life Safety projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for fire and security system projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and equipment requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to align procurement with project requirements.
- Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE fire and safety regulations and international standards.
- Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the fire & security systems industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
