Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Estimator with expertise in Logikal Orgadata to analyze project

specifications, conduct cost estimations, and optimize aluminum system designs. The ideal

candidate will have experience in aluminum extrusion and façade systems, ensuring accurate

pricing and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine material

and labor costs.

• Utilize Logikal Orgadata software for estimation, bar optimization, and cutting lists.

• Prepare detailed cost proposals, quotations, and technical submittals.

• Conduct preliminary structural calculations for curtain walls and openings exceeding

standard dimensions.

• Collaborate with clients, fabricators, and contractors to provide technical support and

solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in aluminum system estimating, with a strong background in the façade or extrusion industries.

• Proficiency in Logical Orga data, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
