Job Description:

The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects. This includes analyzing drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting budgeting and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support budgeting, cost control, and tender submissions
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and financial targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and local market pricing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
