Job Summary: In this position, you will be responsible for understanding and evaluating information that is provided to you to cost, estimate, and suggest pricing on quotes for products to customers.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review and evaluate cost estimates in timely manner.

Communicate with partners and team members regarding new and current projects.

Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide detailed and accurate work based on information from internal staff.

Responsible for compliance with all regulatory, facility food safety, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs) policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment proficiently, such as a computer and keyboard, calculator, telephone, photocopiers, scanner, etc.
- Must have associate or bachelor’s degree or proven experience as estimator in a similar position.

Must be analytical.
- Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Essential Functions:

Must be able to comprehend and follow detailed instructions without constant supervision.

Must have the ability to evaluate, assess and make decisions.

Must possess typing skills and computer skills.

Must be able to work with personnel both in the department and outside the department (sales, customer service, production, art department, etc.) under pressure situations

Must be able to work under stress deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills to convey production deadlines, order specifications and pricing to Customer Service.

Position requires long periods of sitting; intermittent standing, reaching, bending and filing. Must be able to lift approximately 10-20 lbs.

Must be able to work independently without direction for substantial periods of time.
