Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator – Fit-Out to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in preparing precise cost estimates, competitive tenders, and value-engineered solutions for interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across design, procurement, and project teams to ensure profitable and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to prepare competitive and compliant bids.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive BOQs, cost breakdowns, and commercial submissions for tenders and proposals.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize cost and maintain quality standards.
• Assess and document tender risks, assumptions, and clarifications to ensure transparent bid submissions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE market prices, material trends, and fit-out industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools/software.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities; fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate fit-out projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
