Estimator ( Landscaping experience )

PTWL is seeking an experienced Estimator – Landscaping Projects with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and financial control from tender stage through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quantity take-offs, payment certifications, and cost forecasts from tender/pitch stage through project completion.
• Perform quantity take-offs in accordance with approved methods of measurement from drawings for subcontractor evaluation, client payment applications, and material procurement.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to clients.
• Prepare, price, and submit variation orders for client approval.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and project specifications.
• Develop new rates for non-tender items and additional scope of work.
• Prepare subcontractor packages for specialized scopes of work.
• Float enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers; conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
• Finalize subcontractors within the approved project budget.
• Prepare payment certificates, variation statements, and final accounts based on executed works.
• Forecast and monitor project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly progress and cost reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience working in landscaping companies or similar construction roles.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs (mandatory).
• Familiarity with project management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
• Strong typing, editing, and data organization skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant field.
