Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for gypsum, ceiling, drywall partitions, and interior fit-out works
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and subcontracted works
• Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and tender bids
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with the project team for updates on site conditions and progress
• Track variations, prepare cost control reports, and assist in invoicing and claims
• Attend site visits as required for quantity verification or remeasurements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in gypsum & interior fit-out projects (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of gypsum partitioning, ceiling systems, joinery, and finishing materials
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in English
