Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our growing SAP HXM team. The ideal candidate must have 2.5-6 years of experience and will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting EC modules across various industries and geographies. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end EC solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Configure EC modules including Employee Profile, Job Information, Data Models, Time Off, and MDF Objects.
Design and implement business rules, workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
Manage data migration activities using tools like LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit.
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting) for integrated HXM solutions.
Create functional specifications, test scripts, and user training manuals.
Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay updated with SAP EC releases and apply best practices in configuration and delivery. -

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
Strong understanding of EC data models, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle EC implementations.
Familiarity with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
