About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the European market to join our dynamic HR team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional international talent — particularly from Europe — to support PSI’s expanding workforce and strategic goals.

You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, ensuring seamless candidate experience, and driving recruitment initiatives for both operational and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies focused on sourcing top-tier European talent for various roles across the business.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment expectations.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and proactive sourcing techniques (including Boolean search) to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of European labor trends and talent availability.
• Represent PSI in a professional and culturally sensitive manner in all candidate interactions.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to support onboarding and retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates from European markets.
• In-depth knowledge of international recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — preferably in real estate, investment, or professional services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean sourcing).
• Ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi or already based in the UAE.
• Multilingual candidates (especially those fluent in English + any European language) are preferred.
