About Us:
We are Topaz Events Management, a dynamic organization specializing in Events Planning from start to end. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Event Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle budgets, logistics, and event timelines
  • Supervise on-site activities and staff during events
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning/coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends as per event requirements
  • UAE Experience required
  • Driving license required
  • Well presented & details oriented
