Senior Associate - Events (EMIRATI)

Our client, a regional leader in real estate development and destination creation, is seeking a Events Senior Associate to help drive high-impact brand and customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of immersive events and experiences that connect with audiences, reinforce brand positioning, and align with strategic business goals. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering events aligned with both short- and long-term business goals to strengthen customer engagement and support broader strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the full event lifecycle—including conceptualization, design, execution, budgeting, and post-event evaluation—ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand events within timeline and budget requirements.
• Support promotional efforts for events across digital and traditional channels, in close collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
• Measure event success through data and feedback tools to drive ongoing improvement and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing and events.
• Proven track record in delivering complex event and marketing initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities
• Technologically savvy and adaptable to change, with a creative approach to innovation and execution
