Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, conferences, and exhibitions, ensuring all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Communicate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Manage event logistics including venue setup, registration, catering, and on-site coordination.
  • Prepare event materials, presentations, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Monitor event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain event documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in event coordination, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.
