Event Management (COOP)

The Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA) is pleased to offer an exciting Cooperative Training (Co-op) opportunity within our Events Department for ambitious and motivated students looking to gain hands-on experience in planning and delivering large-scale sporting events.

As part of this opportunity, you will support the Events team at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh, contributing to the organization of world-class events such as the Riyadh Racing Season and the Taif Racing Season . This role is ideal for students who are eager to develop strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating raceday events with the Events Department team.
• Support logistics management, including overseeing setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
• Communicate effectively with guests, participants, and team members.
• Help ensure safety and adherence to event protocols.
• Gather feedback and assist in event evaluations.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to event operations.

Other Related Assignments

• Complete duties as requested by the direct line manager.

Internship Requirements

• Senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field .
