Event Manager (Apex Events)

Apex Events delivers event management and hospitality services for corporate and large-scale functions in Qatar.

Core Role:

An Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish — making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Strategy

Design event concepts (corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, weddings)

Understand client goals and expectations

Create timelines, budgets, and execution plans

The role involves managing budgets, logistics, and timelines to deliver successful events

Logistics & Operations:

Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, and equipment

Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors

Ensure all permits and approvals are in place

Team & Vendor Management

Lead event staff, coordinators, and production teams

Assign responsibilities and manage workflows

Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown

Problem Solving (Critical)

Handle last-minute issues (delays, technical problems, guest complaints)

Make fast decisions under pressure

Ensure the event runs without disruptions

Budget & Reporting

Control costs and maximize profitability

Track expenses and ROI

Deliver post-event reports and analysis

Skills Required:

Pay: From QAR17,000.00 per month
