Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to manage and execute party and event bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries regarding event and party packages, converting them into confirmed bookings through professional communication and up-selling techniques.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the setup and execution of all party and event bookings.
  • Create customized packages based on guest requirements using effective sales and negotiation strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event — including cost, menu, decoration, entertainment, and other services — are accurately planned and executed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up after events to collect feedback and share reports with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or sales within the entertainment, hospitality, or kids’ events industry (birthday party operations experience is mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.
