Event Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To drive delegate acquisition for conferences and events by achieving sales targets, expanding community reach, and ensuring effective coordination of pre-event and onsite delegate-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in both volume and value.
  • Proactively engage and inspire target audiences to register and participate in relevant events.
  • Collaborate with local and regional societies, associations, and media partners to maximize outreach and event visibility.
  • Accurately process registration data for each event and report to the Project Lead for review and tracking.
  • Maintain weekly progress reports on delegate sales performance and share updates with the internal team and clients.
  • Delegate telecalling tasks effectively to support staff and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Manage and regularly update event-related social media platforms with flyers, promotions, and program highlights.
  • Oversee the distribution and performance of email and SMS campaigns; manage databases to ensure accurate and targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for event setup in the internal event management system .
  • Ensure timely execution of email and SMS reminders for delegates ahead of all events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on-site plans and timelines for smooth delegate operations during events.
