Job Summary

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019) environments
• Manage mail flow, transport rules, mailbox databases, and DAG configuration
• Perform routine backups, disaster recovery testing, and patch management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, connectivity, and performance
• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows
• Manage Microsoft Teams configurations, policies, channels, and user access
• Oversee OneDrive for Business setup, synchronization issues, and data governance
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and ensure proper access provisioning
• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and data retention policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration tools and integrations
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed
• Implement and enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access,
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure proper access provisioning
• Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate M365 with other enterprise systems
• 8+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features
• Experience with Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-500, AZ-104)
