IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of power plants and allied equipment, maintain optimal technical room environments, manage timely processing of electricity bills, and coordinate with concerned DISCOs to resolve commercial power issues, ensuring uninterrupted network availability.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of power plant equipment, including generators, transformers, batteries, rectifiers, solar systems, ATS, smart switches, and air-conditioning units across all exchanges in the HYTR region.
• Maintain network availability for access (wireline and wireless) and core network elements up to 99.9%.
• Drive OPEX optimization across power, fuel, and R&M through effective monitoring and cost-control measures.
• Optimize DG set capacities in line with site load requirements to improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
• Coordinate with DISCOs to resolve commercial power issues and ensure timely processing of electricity bills.
• Liaise with other operators managing guest sites at PTCL exchanges to ensure power availability in line with agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate closely with business teams and cross-functional support departments to ensure seamless operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
