Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and other C level executives. This role encompasses travel scheduling, event planning and coordination, office management, and serving as a central resource for the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and professional scheduling for the CEO and executive team, including meetings, calls, and internal and external events
  • Arrange detailed travel logistics such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, travel itineraries, and handling any changes as needed
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, executive off-sites, and team-building activities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for executive meetings, Board reviews, and external communications
  • Perform advanced Excel tasks such as data compilation, report generation, analytical support, and maintaining dashboards and databases as requested by executives
  • Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication
  • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, handling mail, and troubleshooting administrative issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • Support the CEO and executive team in project coordination, research assignments, and special strategic initiatives as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting CEOs, C-suite, or high-level executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the executive office professionally
  • Experience in travel planning, meeting and event coordination, and office management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
