Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and other C level executives. This role encompasses travel scheduling, event planning and coordination, office management, and serving as a central resource for the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and professional scheduling for the CEO and executive team, including meetings, calls, and internal and external events
- Arrange detailed travel logistics such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, travel itineraries, and handling any changes as needed
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, executive off-sites, and team-building activities with meticulous attention to detail
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for executive meetings, Board reviews, and external communications
- Perform advanced Excel tasks such as data compilation, report generation, analytical support, and maintaining dashboards and databases as requested by executives
- Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Serve as the administrative point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, handling mail, and troubleshooting administrative issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Support the CEO and executive team in project coordination, research assignments, and special strategic initiatives as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting CEOs, C-suite, or high-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the executive office professionally
- Experience in travel planning, meeting and event coordination, and office management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
