What does a Executive Assistant do at Anadolu Efes?

• Preparing daily, periodic, and ad-hoc reports,• Collecting and consolidating information from relevant roles and sharing it with the required stakeholders,

• Managing the calendar of the Function Leader, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements,

• Supporting and following up on event and organization processes,

• Coordinating effectively with other departments,

• Ensuring smooth telephone and correspondence traffic, including documents and faxes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant fields,

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Department Assistant (preferred),

• Strong command of MS Office and SAP programs,

• Advanced knowledge of Excel,

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken,

• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills,

• High self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility,

• Excellent communication and representation skills.
