Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and executive needs. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to help the division achieve its goals efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings for the C-suite, ensuring agendas are set, materials are prepared, and follow-up actions are tracked.

Act as the primary liaison between the C-suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information flow.

Anticipate the C-suite’s needs, adjusting schedules as necessary and proactively resolving any conflicts or issues.

Oversee the execution of corporate projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are properly coordinated.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other materials for C-suite meetings, ensuring they are well-researched, professional, and relevant.

Draft, edit, and manage all correspondence (emails, letters, reports, etc.) on behalf of the C-suite, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, adhering to organizational policies and maintaining confidentiality.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and contribute to the implementation of corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
