It is a leading Project Management Consultancy Company based in the United Kingdom and Asia.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communications and follow-ups on key initiatives.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities.
• Oversee special projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at senior leadership level.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.).

(Monday to Sat:12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
