Position: Executive Secretary
· Age: 29y/o – 35 y/o
· Salary: 5,000AED
· With minimum of 3 years’ experience in Corporate Field
· With presentable personality.
· With good English communication and understanding.
· With excellent experience for clerical, basic accounts and administrative tasks.
· Education: College Graduate
· Computer literate (Excel, word & Outlook)
· · Main responsibility:
o Managing with the day-to-day operations of an office & salesman by doing tasks such as quotations, invoicing, PO and sourcing to suppliers, preparing documents needed by the GM. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
o Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff or GM. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and minutes report.
o Record all transaction accurately and reconcile accounts.
Manage cash flow, manage payroll functions,
Preparing and reviewing daily reporting and significant responsibility of internal audit & inventory reviews as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
