Position Overview


We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. This role involves managing the daily schedule, coordinating travel and meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. If you're detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Ensure the executive is fully prepared for meetings with briefings, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas
  • Provide timely support throughout business trips
  • Maintain and regularly update the executive’s contact database
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries on various topics
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal teams or external partners
  • Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support planning and execution of projects, ensuring they stay on track with the defined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Communicate project updates to relevant team members and stakeholders.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive working approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional, discreet, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in reading, business trends, and continuous learning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
