Executive Assistant to the CEO (Strategic Operations)

The Opportunity

This is a strategic partner role—not conventional admin. You will turn high-level ideas into executable plans, enforce operational discipline, and protect the CEO’s focus so the organization moves fast and stays aligned.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution

  • Translate the CEO’s vision into detailed plans, workflows, and timelines.
  • Build, document, and continuously refine SOPs for scale and consistency.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and cross-team deliverables to maintain momentum.

Executive Support & Time Management

  • Own a complex calendar; coordinate high-stakes meetings, travel, and logistics with precision.
  • Act as gatekeeper—filter requests so only high-impact priorities reach the CEO.
  • Maintain an organized, distraction-free workflow that safeguards strategic focus.

Communication & Liaison

  • Serve as the primary conduit between the CEO and the organization.
  • Synthesize meetings and data into clear executive summaries, slides, and reports.
  • Drive cross-department alignment and a culture of transparent, results-driven communication.

Project & Process Management

  • Lead special projects from concept to completion using data to guide decisions.
  • Leverage productivity tools (Google Workspace, HubSpot, project management platforms) to streamline operations.
  • Audit and improve internal processes to ensure accountability and clarity end-to-end.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in executive support, operations management, or a similar role within a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
  • Direct experience partnering with C-suite leaders in fast, agile settings.
  • Advanced proficiency with remote work tools, digital calendars, communication platforms, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Proven track record building robust operational systems that improve efficiency and accountability.
