In this role, you have the opportunity to

The Executive Assistant to the Chairman’s Office will provide high-level administrative, strategic, and coordination support to the Chairman. This role demands absolute confidentiality, structured execution, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, CXOs, regulators, and investors.


Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

1. Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, CEO and Chairman’s Office

2. Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities - coordinate Board meetings, committee meetings, and leadership reviews.

3. Manage Chairman’s and CEO’s meetings/conferences with other Govt bodies - CII, Asshocham, NHI PHD etc.

4. Prepare agendas, briefing notes, talking points, and follow-up trackers for key meetings.

5. Assist in preparation and circulation of PPTs, MOMs, and statutory documents.

6. Support compliance with governance processes in coordination with Legal / Company Secretarial teams.

7. Consolidate updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.


Interaction:

1. Coordinate interactions with investors, Board members, auditors, advisors, regulators, and key partners.

2. Liaise with CXOs and senior leaders to ensure timely closure of priorities.

senior leadership simultaneously.

● Navigating confidential information while maintaining trust and discretion.

● Coordinating across diverse stakeholders with differing expectations, timelines, and priorities.


Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

● 4–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff support role,

preferably supporting CEO / Board-level leadership.

● Graduation in any discipline is mandatory

● Post-Graduation (MBA or equivalent) is preferred

● Knowledge / exposure to Company Secretarial practices, corporate governance and statutory

documentation is preferred.

● Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Attention to detail with strong follow-through

● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (presentations, spreadsheets, documentation)
