We are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant and Client Experience Coordinator. This pivotal role is designed for a professional with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for providing the best possible service to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Work with team and clients to manage all client service needs – addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly delivering a high-level experience
  • Act as the primary liaison between the advisory team, clients, and the home office.
  • Prepare advisor for each meeting
  • Handle case notes, processing correspondence, maintaining client case files, and filing new statements, account forms and other materials as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting
  • Manage our client data system (CRM), including organization, client notes, reports, and future activities
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to assess goals and provide updates on cases.
  • Effectively communicate with the team prioritizing time-sensitive tasks.
  • Tasks and other projects as they arise

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and/or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Able to work both independently and on a team
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Someone who can take initiative
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
