Position Summary
Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided and ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office, and/or business support services.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Previous experience maintaining executives calendar, work, and travel schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft Pilot, ChatGPT, Gemini.
Strong interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Experience taking notes and extracting action items.
Ability to understand priorities and adjust meetings and content appropriately.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.59 - $49.04This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
