What You’ll Do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow — ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Organize and prepare for meetings: gather briefs, summarize key points, and track follow-ups
• Handle correspondence (emails, messages, reports) with clarity and professionalism
• Plan travel and logistics: flights, accommodation, events, and personal arrangements
• Oversee administrative processes — invoices, documents, small purchases, or scheduling
• Support both professional and personal organization to ensure balance and efficiency
• Prepare concise weekly reports summarizing completed tasks and outstanding priorities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
• Excellent command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-up skills
• Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
• A natural problem-solver who loves structure, aesthetics, and attention to detail
