Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while acting as a trusted partner to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Prioritize commitments and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Communication Management
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
- Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Prepare detailed travel plans and expense reports
- Meeting & Event Support
- Organize meetings, agendas, and materials
- Take minutes and track action items
- Administrative Support
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Project Coordination
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Follow up on deadlines and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms
