We’re Hiring – Executive Assistant / Coordinator

Location: Union Developers

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior management in daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Record, organize, and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) accurately and on time.

Maintain follow-up on assigned action items from meetings.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling efficiently.

Provide coordination support between departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required by management.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements & Skills:

Must have Proficiency in short-hand writing and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs)

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
