Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders as required.
  • Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for the executive.
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and administrative processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,097.17 - ₹50,010.64 per month
