Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and ensure efficient coordination across departments in a fast-paced gold trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams
  • Assist in project management and follow-ups
  • Organize documents, contracts, and records
  • Support day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and high level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in trading, gold, or jewelry industry
  • Familiarity with UAE business practices
  • Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
