Compensation: $1,500/month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, can anticipate needs, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexibility, but candidates should be available during standard business hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments
  • Monitor and organize email inbox; respond or flag important messages
  • Coordinate client calls, onboarding, and follow-ups
  • Assist with project and campaign tracking to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support social media operations (scheduling posts, monitoring DMs/comments, basic analytics)
  • Organize documents, contracts, and internal files
  • Assist with invoicing and light administrative tasks
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action items
  • Help streamline processes and create SOPs as needed
  • Occasionally attend and assist with content shoots (as needed)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience working in a social media or marketing agency
  • Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later)
  • Experience with CRM systems or analytics tools
