Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure secure handling of documents.
- Track and manage action items, deadlines, and project timelines to support executive priorities.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide operational support to ensure smooth workflow
