Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder & Director
Location: Raipur (with travel coordination)
Reporting To: Founder & Director
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring seamless execution across business operations, strategic initiatives, leadership responsibilities, and public-facing commitments. This role demands high discretion, exceptional organizational capability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
This is not a conventional administrative role. The EA is expected to anticipate needs, protect the Founder’s time, and enable scale across multiple ventures.
