Location: Cincinnati, OH (Central Parkway)
Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week (Temporary remote in April/May due to office renovations)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (potential for earlier conversion)

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support an Executive Vice President (EVP). This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high level of urgency and discretion.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting senior executives, comfortable working autonomously, and capable of managing both administrative and project-based responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Support & Administration
· Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and call screening
· Manage complex and frequently changing calendars with strong attention to detail
· Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
Operational & Workflow Management
· Manage workflow and ensure deadlines and priorities are met
· Exercise independent judgment in handling day-to-day business matters, especially during EVP travel
· Maintain organization of documents, communications, and executive priorities
Communication & Representation
· Serve as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders
· Interact professionally with senior leadership, board members, and external partners
· Draft and manage correspondence and executive communications
Meeting & Event Coordination
· Plan and coordinate large-scale meetings (e.g., town halls, leadership meetings)
· Manage logistics including scheduling, locations, travel, technology setup, and materials
· Partner with cross-functional teams as needed for event execution
Project & Analytical Support
· Support special projects including data collection, reporting, and analysis
· Develop reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review
· Provide insights and track key initiatives as needed
· Experience supporting C-level or EVP-level executives
· Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
· 8+ years of professional administrative experience supporting senior leadership
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
· High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
· Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
· Experience working with board members and senior leadership teams
· Strong project coordination and event planning experience
· Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
