Executive Assistant to General Manager ( English& Chinese Speaking)

Position Summary:
Provide high-level business support to the General Manager to ensure efficient operation of the effective execution of business initiatives. Act as a liaison with internal teams, clients, and external partners; manage projects, schedule client visits, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and minutes.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and follow up as required.

Project Coordination & Follow-up

  • Track progress of strategic and operational projects; maintain project timelines and action-item lists.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and highlight risks, blockers, and recommendations.

Client Relationship & Business Development

  • Arrange and accompany the General Manager on client visits, meetings, and negotiations.
  • Support client outreach, relationship maintenance, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contract document organization, and deal-closing logistics.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Organize internal and external events, workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate venue, materials, catering, invitations, and attendee logistics.

Special Projects & Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Lead or support special assignments at the GM’s direction, including business analysis and process improvement.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years experience supporting senior executives or in project coordination/business development roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, proficient in Chinese ; professional communication skills.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration tools.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
