Executive Assistant to Leadership

You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives, all while maintaining the polished professionalism that defines the executive team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, facilitating communication with internal teams, senior management, clients, and external partners with clarity, professionalism, and tact.
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings, deadlines, and conflicting priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and meeting materials; proofread and edit executive correspondence for clarity and accuracy.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, process expense reports, and maintain detailed client and project records.
  • Track projects and deadlines, proactively following up to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs and act decisively to support strategic priorities.
  • Provide administrative support for firm initiatives, special events, and leadership projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have a minimum of two years of experience reporting directly to senior management in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

  • Tech-savvy. You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and are comfortable learning new software programs.
