We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior executive management in a fast-paced, high-expectation business aviation environment. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally trustworthy, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and complex schedules—often with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a demanding and dynamic calendar, including meetings, calls, and travel logistics—domestic and international
- Communicate on behalf of the executives with aircraft owners, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion and sound judgment
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Anticipate operational needs and provide solutions before issues arise
- Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and support special projects from start to finish
- Maintain polished, professional presence and communication across all channels—email, phone, and in person
- Support office processes and implement systems that enhance efficiency

- Demonstrated experience in working with high-net-worth individuals in private aviation, corporate aviation, or a related field is required
- A strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a polished, professional tone
- Known for your discretion, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information with care
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; aviation or high-tech service industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Experience coordinating high-level schedules, travel, and logistics
- Comfortable navigating the pace and demands of business aviation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
