Position: Executive Assistant

Job Summary: Omega Financial Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced mortgage environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with CRM software .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Preferred to have experience with Encompass - Loan Origination Software System to enter client information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Must have a finance and Mortgage background .
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position. (9am - 6pm)
  • Office-based role at the Union, NJ location.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Mortgage servicing: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
