The Opportunity

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone of the organization — ensuring the CEO stays focused on growth, vision, and high-level strategy while you drive precision behind the scenes.

This is a high-trust, high-impact, part-time role (approximately 15 hours per week), primarily work-from-home, ideal for an A-player who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and executes with excellence.

You will have one dedicated meeting with the CEO and support multiple divisions within a dynamic, growth-focused company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar with precision and intention (Microsoft Outlook Calendar)
  • Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and due dates across multiple departments
  • Preparing contracts, reports, summaries, and meeting materials
  • Organizing and maintaining digital filing systems with exceptional accuracy
  • Tracking tasks and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Handling phone calls and written communication with professionalism and confidence
  • Supporting special projects and event logistics from planning through execution
  • Managing confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Assisting with light personal assistant duties as needed
  • Creating and refining systems that increase efficiency and reduce friction company-wide

  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive
  • Strong background in executive administration, office management, or project coordination
  • Experience managing calendars and competing priorities
  • Event coordination or project management experience is a plus
  • Basic bookkeeping/accounting familiarity is a plus (not required)
