Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO across both executive operations and day-to-day financial administration. This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and is equally comfortable managing calendars and maintaining accurate books.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and CRM systems
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and key communications
  • Support select business and personal matters with discretion
  • Anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative support experience (required)
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with financial data
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Professional, discreet, and dependable

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
