Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Female Executive Assistant with strong video editing skills to provide high-level support to our management team while contributing to digital content creation. This unique hybrid role requires exceptional organizational abilities, communication skills, and a creative eye for visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage executive tasks efficiently while producing professional video content for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Handle daily correspondence, emails, and task coordination on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project follow-ups.

Video Editing & Creative Support:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, branding, and communication purposes.
  • Add animations, transitions, subtitles, and other visual effects to enhance content quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand tone and messaging.
  • Manage and organize media assets and video libraries.
  • Suggest creative ideas for video-based campaigns and content repurposing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Video Editor, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines while working remotely.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating video content for social media, marketing, or corporate communication.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic motion graphics.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or management in a remote environment.

Job Timings : 5pm to 2 am or (it can vary depending on the job and project nature)*
