Executive - Business Development

Hiring: Business Development Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Lahore - Gulberg (onsite)
Industry: Digital Marketing and Web Solutions

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who understands how modern digital services are sold and knows how to convert conversations into long term client relationships.

This role involves direct responsibility for acquiring and closing clients for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CMS based websites, and custom web solutions. Our primary focus is SaaS, eCommerce, and B2B service businesses.
Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and close new clients through freelancing platforms and direct outreach
  • Run structured outreach on LinkedIn and email with consistent follow ups
  • Prepare proposals that align services with business objectives
  • Qualify leads based on intent, budget, and timelines
  • Lead discovery calls, manage objections, and close deals
  • Maintain clean handoffs with marketing and delivery teams
  • Track deal progress and revenue performance

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business development within digital or tech services
  • Practical understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and web solutions
  • Experience with freelancing platforms, Linkedin outreach, email outreach and outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfort working with ownership and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
