Executive Butler

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and service-oriented Butler cum Supervisor to oversee our luxury holiday home apartment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional, VVIP-level guest experiences while supervising and managing the housekeeping and maintenance staff.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Butler will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and enjoys a memorable, five-star stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable etiquette.
• Provide personalized butler services including check-in/check-out assistance, luggage handling, and guest requests.
• Coordinate and supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all rooms, public areas, and amenities meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage guest preferences, arrange special requests, and coordinate VIP experiences.
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the property at all times.
• Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and management for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on property condition and staff performance.
• Uphold discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism with all guests.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel, private residence, or serviced apartment.
• Proven experience in supervising housekeeping or guest services staff.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalized, five-star experience.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• UAE driver’s license is not mandatory but can be an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
