IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Be responsible for overseeing the performance and efficiency of various sales channels within the organization. This role involves monitoring channel activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analyzing performance metrics to optimize sales processes. The individual will work closely with channel partners to drive sales growth and enhance overall channel effectiveness.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of all sales channels, including direct, indirect, and online channels, to ensure they meet sales targets and efficiency metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement across different channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance and present findings to senior management.

Compliance with SOPs:

  • Ensure all sales channels adhere to established SOPs and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of channel activities to assess adherence to policies and identify any compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to reinforce SOP compliance and provide guidance on best practices.

Efficiency Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance channel efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization.
  • Work with channel teams to implement best practices and streamline operations to drive higher sales productivity.
  • Develop and recommend strategies for optimizing the sales pipeline across channels.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to channel partners on sales processes, SOPs, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve channel partner skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Channel Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of channel promotions and campaigns to boost sales performance.
  • Assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and recommend adjustments based on performance data.

Customer Feedback & Engagement:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback related to different sales channels to inform improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address any channel-related issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer interactions across channels to ensure a consistent and positive experience.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Liaise with marketing, product management, and operations teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
  • Share insights and best practices with internal teams to enhance cross-functional collaboration and performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales channel efforts into the overall sales strategy.


Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in sales operations, channel management, or performance monitoring, preferably in the telecom or related industry.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SOP development and compliance monitoring.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with channel partners.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
